I am a Bristol based fully qualified Counsellor with a background of twenty years’ experience as a professional Shiatsu practitioner, which gives a depth of experience, sensitivity and understanding to my Counselling. 

I work integratively which means I draw on a variety of theoretical models (including Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis) in order to meet the individual needs of each client in a unique and personal way.  

​I have worked with a wide range of clients within the NHS and was a volunteer counsellor at a rape and sexual abuse charity in Bristol.
